US Postal Service Express Mail (overnight delivery) shipping is FREE on all order at least $250. US Postal Service Priority Mail service is available for FREE for all orders of at least $100. Free shipping rates are only valid for destinations within the continental United States. Shipping to Alternate Address Each A&J Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature will be required, orders may be delivered to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. In order to further protect our clients against fraud, these alternative addresses will be confirmed with your credit card or financing company. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. P.O. Boxes We cannot ship packages to any P.O. boxes. Your shipping destination must include a street address. 20-Day Return Policy A&J Jewelers permits jewelry purchased online to be returned up to 20 days after the original date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise in its original packaging for a full refund. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any custom made or special order items. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than A&J Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. All items for return must be in new condition and must be accompanied by its original paperwork and packaging to be eligible for refund. Holiday Return Policy All purchases made after December 1, can be returned for a refund after the holiday period. Return packages must be received by January 10, to be eligible for refund. Return Procedure: 1. RA Code: in order for any piece of merchandise to be returned, you must obtain an RA code from our customer service department. Write the RA code on the receipt you received in the original package and include this receipt in the package you will be returning. Also, write the RA code on the outside of the box in large, clearly-written letters. 2. Packaging: package all materials including original receipt (you may copy the receipt to keep for your records), any gem reports, appraisals, or any other paperwork sent to you with the item. If collateral material is not returned with the item, a service fee will be charged. 3.
