Why should I shop with A&J Jewelers online?
A&J Jewelers is a family owned and operated business that has been in business in the area for 25 years. Our store is located in The Avenue at Webb Gin in Snellville, GA. We are a member of the American Gem Society and dedicated to customer service and ethical business practices.

What are your store hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 8pm, Sunday from 12pm to 6pm and have extended hours during the holiday season.

Are all online items available for viewing in your showroom?
We offer a large selection in our store as well as a large selection on our website, some pieces are only available in-store and some are only available online.

How does A&J Jewelers protect my personal and financial information?
Our first priority is protecting your personal information. Our website transmits your sensitive information over an SSL encrypted channel. Any of our secure pages will display the yellow padlock containing our SSL certifice information. once your information reaches our offices, it is only available to the individuals responsible for processing online orders. We have high security standards which all our employees comply with. Our webservers are stored in secure locations and maintain firewalls to prevent infiltration.

How will my order be shipped?
All items are shipped USPS. USPS Express (Overnight) shipping is free on all orders over $250, USPS Priority service is free on all orders over $100.

Where can you ship my order?
We ship anywhere! We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, shipping is fully insured and requires a signature at the time of delivery. Online orders may also be picked up in store with a copy of the receipt or proper identification.

How long will it take to process my online order?
Any item that is in-stock will ship next day. The time frame on special orders or custom pieces may vary and we will notify you of this before you are charged.

Do you accept orders over the phone?
We can certainly accomodate phone orders. Please contact us at 678-344-1022 during regular business hours and we will be happy to assist you.

What forms of payment does A&J Jewelers accept?
We accept personal and cashier checks, money orders, bank wires, and all major credit cards.

Is it possible to use multiple forms of payment for one transaction?
Yes, we can accomodate split payments.

Is there sales tax for online orders?
Sales tax is only applied for purchases being shipped within Georgia.

What is A&J Jewelers return policy?
Jewelry purchased online may be returned for a full refund up to 20 days after the original date of purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Any custom made or special order item is final sale and no returns or exchanges are offered on these pieces.

Do you provide insurance with your jewelry?
No, however, we can certainly provide you with an appraisal that can be used in insuring your jewelry. You can obtain coverage by speaking with your home owner's or renter's insurance or we can recomend insurance for you. It is very important to have your jewelry appraised and insured in case of any unfortunate incident.

How often should I come into your store to have my jewelry checked?
Jewelry is something that should be worn and enjoyed every day. We request our customers bring in their jewelry at least every six months for our trained staff to examine it. Everyday wear and tear can slowly cause issues with your jewelry that you may not be able to notice, we offer this cleaning and inspection free of charge!

Do you create custom pieces of jewelry?
Yes! We have a full customer design workshop on the premises and enjoy helping our customers make their dream piece! Please check out our custom page or come into the store to learn more about the custom process.

I have a very small or very large finger, can you accomodate me?
We carry the average stock size of 6 for ladies and 10 for men in our store. We can size most rings to fit your finger and if the particular ring cannot be altered for you, we will special order in your size!

Do you sell only conflict free diamonds?
We only purchase diamonds from suppliers that comply with industry standards in dealing only conflict free diamonds. Our store is a member of the American Gem Society and therefore is held to the highest ethical standards in the jewelry industry.

I have my own diamond, can I still purchase an engagement ring from you?
Yes, most bridal settings in our store can be made to accomodate your diamond.

Do you carry certified diamonds?
Yes, we carry diamonds graded by the three major gem labs, AGS, GIA, and EGL, as well as diamonds athat are graded in house by our AGS certified Gemologist.
